Now Shift your Automatic Driving License to Manual

RTA(Roads & Transport Authority) Dubai is Introducing a new facility for residents. Now you can apply to shift your automatic driving license (light vehicle) to manual transmission without any extra classes. RTA will start this service from October 2017.
