But now is possible in your smartphone also. According to TENAA's Website Huawei's New Upcoming Porsche version of the P20. 
Until now Apple's IPhone X is available in the market with highest storage of 256 GB. 
According to website "Phoneradar.com"
phone would have 6GB of RAM and a huge 512GB of storage.
