Pakistan is Introducing e-passports in 2018



Finally Government of Pakistan is Ready to Issue E-Passports. 

Interior Minister announced that Passports and Immigration Office will begin issuing e-passports from March  of  next year. 

A contract was signed between Government and French Private Companie.

The e-passports initiative was taken by the former Interior minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan. But for sime reasons it was delayed.Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal said "e-passports will be issued to diplomats from march 2018 and from June 2018  it will be available for citizens". 

E-Passports have an electronic chip which contains the data and information about the Passport Holder. Past years Pakistan Also successfully Introduced. e-ID card to the citizens.

ایک جائزہ

پاکستان مسلم لیگ ن وہ جماعت ہے جو کہ وفاق میں تیسری مرتبہ اکثریت سے برسراقتدار آئی اور ہر دفعہ زاتی انا، ھٹ دھرمی اور غلط سیاسی حکمت عملی کی بھینٹ چڑھی اس بات میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ وہ ہر بار بھرپور عوامی حمایت کے ساتھ حکومت میں آئے ان کے مختلف ادوار کا جائزہ لیا جائے تو ہر دور میں حکومت اور اداروں میں محاذ آرائی نظر آتی ہے چاہے وہ موجودہ دور حکومت میں عدلیہ کے ساتھ ہو یا پھر گزشتہ دور میں فوج کے ساتھ ہو.

موجود دور حکومت میں حکمران جماعت نے پاؤں پر کلہاڑی اس وقت ماری جب ختم نبوت کے متعلق حلف نامہ میں شامل شقوں میں ترمیم کی گئی جسے وزیر قانون زاہد حامد نے دیگر ارکان اسمبلی کے دستخطوں کے ساتھ منظور کر لیا. یاد رہے کہ ان ارکان اسمبلی میں پاکستان تحریک انصاف، پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی اور دیگر بڑی جماعتوں کے ارکان بھی شامل ہیں. مختلف سیاسی و مذہبی حلقوں میں یہ بات بھی زیر بحث ہے کہ دستخط کرنے والے اراکین میں حکمران جماعت کے رانا ثناء اللہ، خواجہ آصف، انوشہ رحمان، اور وزیر قانون زاہد حامد پیش پیش تھے.  جس پر سچائی کی مہر اس وقت ثبت ہو گئی جب رانا ثناء اللہ کا ایک اور متنازعہ بیان سامنے آیا جس میں انہوں نے کہا کہ " مسلمانوں اور قادیانیوں میں بس ایک چھوٹا سا فرق ہے"

اسلامی جمہوریہ پاکستان کی قومی اسمبلی چند اقلیتی نشستوں کے علاوہ سب اراکین اسمبلی مذہب اسلام سے تعلق رکھنے والے ہیں. جن میں قابل ذکر مذہبی جماعتیں جو کے مذہبی فکر کے ساتھ ووٹ حاصل کرنے کے بعد اسمبلی کی نشست حاصل کرتے ہیں جیسے جماعت اسلامی، جمعیت علمائے اسلام ف، جمعیت علمائے اسلام س  قابل ذکر ہیں جن کی اسمبلی میں واضح نمائندگی موجود ہے. جب اس قانون کے ساتھ چھیڑ چھاڑ کی گئی تو ہماری مذہبی نمائندہ جماعتوں کے اراکین خواب خرگوش کے مزے لے رہے تھے اور اس اسلامی بنیادی قانون کو کچھ دیر کے لیے کامیابی سے تبدیل کر دیا گیا. اور پوری قومی اسمبلی میں اگر شیخ رشید احمد کو اگر مرد مجاہد کہا جائے تو کچھ غلط نہیں ہوگا یاد رہے کہ اسمبلی فلور پر سب سے پہلے اگر کسی نے اس ترمیم کی مخالفت کی اور اس کے خلاف احتجاج کیا تو وہ عوامی مسلم لیگ کے سربراہ شیخ رشید احمد ہیں جن کا بھرپور ساتھ رکن اسمبلی میر ظفر اللہ خان نے دیا. جب اس واقعہ پر زبردست عوامی ردعمل آیا تو حکومت نے اسے ایک کلیریکل غلطی کا رنگ دینے کی کوشش کی جو کہ رد کر دی گئی. اس پر حکومت نے اس غلطی کی تحقیقات کے لئے ایک کمیٹی تشکیل دی گئی جس کا سربراہ سینئر رکن قومی اسمبلی راجہ ظفر الحق کو مقرر کیا گیا. راجہ ظفر الحق کمیٹی نے مطلوبہ وقت پر رپورٹ حکومت کو جمع کرا دی. جو کے ابھی تک سامنے نہیں لائی گئی. زرائع کے مطابق اس رپورٹ میں یہ ترمیم کوئی کلیریکل غلطی نہیں تھی بلکہ اس کے ذمہ داران حکومتی ارکان ہیں جس کی وجہ سے رپورٹ پبلک کرنے میں تاخیر برتی جا رہی ہے.

اس تاخیر کے نتیجے میں عوامی مذہبی جوش و خروش زور پکڑ گیا اور علامہ مولانا خادم رضوی کی جانب سے ایک احتجاجی دھرنے کی کال دی گئی جس کا بنیادی مطالبہ یہ تھا کہ وزیر قانون کو اس غلطی /غفلت پر برطرف کیا اور اس کے ذمہ داران کو سامنے لایا جائے. حکومت اس سادہ سے مطالبہ کو انا کا مسئلہ بنا کر ڈٹ گئی اور کوئی اقدام نہیں کیے جب دھرنا طوالت پکڑتا گیا، احتجاج ملک گیر ہوتا گیا، دھرنے کے شرکاء بڑھتے چلے گئے اور دھرنا قائدین کے اپنے مطالبات کے پورے نہ ہونے تک اٹھنے سے انکار پر حکومت نے قانون ختم نبوت دوبارہ سے اصلی حالت میں بحال کر دیا لیکن دھرنا قائدین اپنے مطالبات پر ڈٹے رہے اور حکومت اپنی استعفہ نہ لینے کی زد پر ڈٹی رہی. دھرنے کا مکام فیض آباد انٹر چینج تھا جو کہ راولپنڈی اور اسلام آباد کا سنگم بھی ہے. دھرنے کی وجہ سے یہ پل اور اسلام آباد ایکسپریس ووے مکمل بند تھی. جکومت اور دھرنا قائدین کے درمیان معنی خیز مزاکرات نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے دھرنا طویل ہوتا گیا حالات کو دیکھتے ہوئے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان نے معاملے کا از خود نوٹس لیا اور سماعت شروع کر دی جس میں عدالت نے انٹر چینج خالی کرانے کے لیے حکومت کو ڈیڈ لائن دے دی وزیر داخلہ کو طاقت کے استعمال سے پیدا ہونے والے حالات کا بخوبی علم تھا جس پر حکومت کی جانب سے آپریشن میں تاخیر برتی گئی اور مزاکرات کی طرف بڑھنے کی کوشش کی مگر عدالت احکامات پر عملدرآمد نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے برہم ہو گئی اور شو کاز نوٹس جاری کر دیا. حکومت اور دھرنا قائدین کے درمیان مزاکرات کے ادوار بھی ہوے اور آپریشن سے پہلے کی رات کو مزاکرات صبح جاری رکھنے پر اتفاق ہوا مگر اگلی صبح آپریشن شروع کردیا گیا جس میں پنجاب پولیس، اسلام آباد پولیس، رینجرز اور ایف سی شامل تھیں. آپریشن شروع ہونے کے ساتھ ہی فورسز کی جانب سے دھرنا شرکاء کے خیمے اور ان کا سامان جس میں کھانا، کتابیں بستر وغیرہ شامل تھا سب کچھ جلا دیا اس پر دھرنا کے پر امن شرکاء مشتعل ہو گئے اور حالات ابتر ہو گئے بات شہادتوں تک جا پہنچی دونوں اطراف سے ایک دوسرے پر بدترین تشدد کیا گیا اور ایک طویل دورانیہ کے آپریشن کے بعد بھی شرکاء دھرنا منتشر نہ ہوے اور حالات فورسز کے کنٹرول میں نہ آئے جس پر حکومت نے فوج طلب کر لی جس پر فوج نے اپنے ہی لوگوں پر پر تشدد کاروائی نہ کرنے کی تجویز پیش کر دی جس پر حکومت کی جانب سے وزیر قانون نے یہ کہتے ہوئے مستعفی ہونے کا اعلان کیا کہ اگر میرے استعفے سے حالات کنٹرول ہوتے ہیں تو میں استعفا دینے کے لیے تیار ہوں. یاد رہے کہ حکومت نے استعفے کا فیصلہ تب کیا جب فورسز کے دھرنے پر تشدد کے نتیجے میں ہونے والی شہادتوں  کے بعد مولانا خادم رضوی نے پورا ملک بند کرنے کی کال دی اور اس نتیجے میں ملک بھر میں احتجاجی مظاہرے اور دھرنے شروع ہو گئے تھے

بعد میں وزیر قانون کے استعفے اور فوج کی جانب سے ثالثی پر حکومت اور دھرنا قائدین کے درمیان ایک معاہدہ طے پایا.. جس پہ مولانا خادم رضوی نے دھرنا ختم کرنے کا اعلان کیا اور ملک گیر احتجاج اور دھرنے ختم کرنے کا حکم دے دیا.

یوں ایک بروقت فیصلے نہ ملک لو خانہ جنگی سے بچا لیا. اور ایک ایسے شخص نے جان کی بازی لگا کر ختم نبوت پر آنچ نہیں آنے دی جو چلنے پھرنے سے بھی قاصر تھا. تاریخ میں شہدائے ختم نبوت اور مولانا خادم رضوی کا نام ہمیشہ سنہرے حروف میں لکھے اور یاد رکھے گی.

Pakistani Controlled Kashmir is a part of Pakistan.
Former Chef Minister of Jammu & Kashmir ( Indian Controlled Kashmir) Farooq Abdullah said, that Pakistani Controlled Kashmir is a part of Pakistan and Indian controled Kashmir is a part of India as well.
he said: “I want to tell people of India and the entire world that the part of Kashmir that is with Pakistan is part of Pakistan, and the part which is with India belongs to India. It is not going to change even if wars are fought… That part will remain with Pakistan and this part will remain with India, and both Kashmirs should be granted autonomy.’’

Farooq  also said that Kashmir cannot survive as an independent state. “We are landlocked. We have China on one side, Pakistan on the other side and India on the third side. All three have atom bombs,” he said.

He said that while the state decided to join India out of love, the country “betrayed” the people of Kashmir and did not treat them well. “We should understand that there has been a decision (of accession), but India didn’t treat us well. India betrayed us. They did not recognise the love with which we chose to join them. That is the reason behind the current situation in Kashmir,” said Abdullah.

“Internal autonomy is our right. They (Centre) should restore it. Only then peace will return (to the Valley),” he said. ‘’The government of India should not only hold talks with the people of Jammu and Kashmir but also with Pakistan, because one part of Kashmir is with the Pakistan.’’

Referring to a statement made by Minister of State for Home Hansraj Ahir about PoK being a part of India, Abdullah invoked the instrument of accession signed by the then Maharaja Hari Singh with the Indian government.

“It’s very strange that a minister in Modi’s cabinet refers to the instrument of accession with reference to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, but conveniently forgets the three conditions under which Maharaja Hari Singh acceded to the Union of India. This is not only a negative approach but sets a dangerous precedent where the facts are deliberately being muzzled,” he said.

Asked about the visit of Dineshwar Sharma, the interlocutor appointed by the Centre, he said: “I can only say that he has started dialogue, and it is only through dialogue that issues can be resolved.’’

Why Yemen is in crisis? What is the reason behind this war? Who is fighting in Yemen? These are the few questions that are raising in thousands of people's mind every day.

This is all what happened in Yemen.
Conditions were not too good in Yemen before 2015 in Yemen there was a conflict before also but In March 2015 there was a new flame for Yemenians.When Saudi Arabia get involved in the crisis with his coalition.
Yemen is the poorest County in Arab Region.
After the revolution againt dictatorship in middle east. Yemines wanted change like other countries in the region.
Public forsed the president Ali Abdullah Saleh to step down and transfer the power to the deputy president Abdrabbuh Mansor Hadi.
When hadi came in the power he was failed politically and the conditions got worst. There was Unemployment, food insecurity, suicide boombing and separatist movement in a south part of country. In Yemen war there are two man groups.
1. Houthis 

Houthis are the political Shia Rebel Group & Peoples that are loyal with their former President Saleh.
2. The Yemeni forces under the President Hadi. 

In 2014 Houthis forces takeover Sana City which is the largest city and the Capital City of Yemen. The is still not over now in 2015 the Houthis and Saleh's Loyal groups tried to take the control of whole country and Hadi moved to Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia was also looking the situation very carefully because Yemen's largest border is connected with Saudi Arabia the the Shia Houthis can be a big danger for him and it can be a risk of Iranians foothold with the border.
But Iran denied any involvement in Yemen. Now Saudi Arabia made a military alliance and started air strikes on Houthis shelters which resulted more than 10 thousand peoples killed and almost 3 million peoples homeless.
Saudi Arabia wants to get back the country from Houthis and restore the Hadi's Government. But still battle is not over Sana city and north area of Yemen is still under the control of Houthis. In this situation Alqaida and ISIL affiliates seized south parts and trying to take over the governments controled cities.
In this war innocent civilians are man victims, Infrastructure is completely destroyed and Yemeni public is suffering from Cholera due to the lack of food and garbage which is spread all over the areas which are under houthis control. 

Most of the Yemenian population don't have access to the clean water.

War is still not over. 

Afghan War a History

Afghanistan is a well-known Asian country which is attacked several times by the Superpowers of the time like Soviet Union, Great Britain, United States and NATO.
But history shows that Afghan nation is
Undefeat able nation.
1. ANGLO-AFGHAN WAR 

In 19th century Afghanistan was attacked by British India two times. Once in 1st Anglo-Afghan war 1838-1842 and the second time in Anglo-Afghan war 1878-1880.
Both time the reason was the Russian influence. That time Afghan tribes get united and defeat the world super power.
2. Soviet Union 

In December 1979 Soviet Union attacked Afghanistan for the support of communist government during the conflict with Muslim Guerrillas in Afghan war 1978-1992. But Soviet Union Suffered 15,000 Dead and a lot Injured. After nine years when Soviet General Leave he said
There is not a single Soviet Soldier or Officer left behind me our nine years war is over.
3. America and NATO 

In October 2001 The United States and NATO attacked Afghanistan with the name of "Operation Enduring Freedom"
Now after 16 years war is still on-going the the Longest war inthe history of America.
In 2013 An American University Estimated that America lost $4 to $6 trillion in only Afghanistan and Iraq War.

In Myanmar during recent census Rohangya Muslims were forced to register there self as a Bangladeshi. And most of the Muslims papulation are officials not went.
In Myanmar Muslims are the only minority that that cannot b registered thay dont have identity they don't have land, they don't have house for shelter they are living in tents, they are facing the lack of food, they cannot marry easily they have to register their marriage that is another trouble for them. This conflict between Buddhist and Muslims is not new is older than 1.5 century. Acording to Myanmar Buddhists Muslims are not belong to Myanmar they came from out side some of people's thoughts they are the Descendants of Arab merchants and other's thoughts that Rohangyans are a group how convert in Inslam after the teachings of Arabs. Every time when Buddhists start cruelty Rohangyans start to go out from Myanmar for their life but most of the countries closed the borders recently Bangladesh refused to give shelter also.
In these conditions Muslim Ummah need to Unite and help the Rohangyans Muslims who are helpless, houseless and countryless. Muslims countries need to give shelter to Rohangya Muslims.

PayPal to acquire Swift Financial to bolster small business lending

Global payments processing company PayPal announced this morning that it has agreed to acquire Swift Financial, which provides small business owners with working capital. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition will give PayPal better tools to expand its own Working Capital product.

For PayPal, the acquisition should bolster a portion of the company’s business that has seen increased competition over the years. It first launched a working Capital  for businesses back in 2013, and since then has seen competitors like Square and Kabbage emerge as offering their own credit lines to small business customers.

With that in mind, PayPal has acquired Swift to add to its own underwriting capabilities and expand the amount of data it can use to assess the creditworthiness of its customers. Doing so should expand the amount of capital it makes available.

“We know and value Swift’s technology platform and people, and we believe their talent and capabilities will further strengthen our overall merchant value proposition,” PayPal Darrell Esch wrote in announcing the deal. “Building upon an existing commercial relationship, the acquisition of Swift Financial will enable us to better serve small businesses by enhancing our underwriting capabilities to provide access to affordable business financing solutions to more businesses to help them grow and thrive.”

Since being founded in 2006, Swift Financial has provided funding to more than 20,000 small businesses, according to its statement announcing the deal. That’s not bad for a startup, but clearly PayPal will give Swift massive distribution and the ability to reach more companies that it works with.

In its announcement  PayPal says it has provided access to more than $3 billion in funding to more than 115,000 small businesses since it launched PayPal Working Capital. The companies expect the acquisition to be completed later in the year.

UAE Stop Visit Visa for Pakistan and Philippines

Dubai: No more 90 days tourist visa for Phillipines and Pakistan nationals.
As of today, 1st of June, 90-day Dubai tourist visas will no longer be given to nationals of the Philippines and Pakistan.

A memo was circulated earlier today by Dubai Immigration to all travel agencies instructing them to stop accepting applications for the 90 days tourist visa to those two nationalities and only allow 14 days or 30 days visa.

Applications made yesterday will still be valid, and anyone already holding a 90 days visa will still be able to use it.

A manager at a Dubai travel agency commented: “We are not sure wether this is a temporary or permanent stop. As of now we have been instructed not to accept applications. There is a possibility that we process the applications through an other Emirate but will definetly have higher restrictions and would be more costly”.

It’s a shame that we only see devices like this in the mid-range category. We very rarely see a high-end device with battery life being the headlining feature. A lot of people would gladly use a slightly thicker or bigger phone if it meant two days of battery life.

A new update to Google Photos will now let you archive photos from the main feed and hide them away, helping you declutter and privatize some personal photos. First spotted by 9 to 5 Google, all you have to do is hold the photo(s) and hit the “...” menu on the right side to bring up the archive option. Later, when you want to revisit those photos, you can find them on the left side menu under a separate folder.

While it might not seem as buzzworthy as, say, Instagram’s implementation of it on a user profile, it is great if you share a library with a significant other or family members and don’t want certain images just floating about in the main feed. You can also archive away repetitive photos, screenshots, or whatever you might not want to see while scrolling through the gallery. And let’s not forget what it’s truly useful for: relocating, ahem, private images you don’t want others to see when you hand them your phone to show them a picture.
